Body Mapping for Flutists: What is it and how can it help me?
Discover a new way to approach your flute playing that can free you up for more musical expression and help reduce physical problems. This workshop taught by Ruth Kasckow, Licensed Andover Educator (www.bodymap.org) teaches you how to become more aware of your body and movement, and provides practical tips you can use in your practice room, performances, and teaching.
